We can provide all your needs from skilled finish carpenters to heavy equipment operators.

Cooper Photonics provides all labor and tools to support the construction and renovation of classified facilities. We provide electrical and carpentry services on a continuous basis, to date completing over 250 projects ranging in size, scope, and duration form 1 to 90 days. We have completed new tenant fit out, of office space, computer rooms, and conference rooms. Our carpenters and electricians are all licensed and specialize in the following areas:

Electricians & Carpenters are able to read and interpret construction issue drawings with proficiency

Electrical tasks consist of the following:

• Rough-in conduit and boxes in framed walls
• Bend and install electric metallic tubing (emt) conduit of varying sizes (1/2” to 3”)
• Size and pull AWG wiring for branch circuits and supply feeders
• Install incandescent and fluorescent lighting fixtures
• Install under floor receptacles
• Pull and terminate telephone cables
• Pull and terminate coax and fiber optic cables

Carpenter tasks consist of the following:

• Lay out and frame with metal studs and track
• Hang and finish gypsum board
• Hang door frames and doors
• Install door hardware including locksets
• Frame and hang window mullions and glass window panes
• Lay out and install suspended ceiling grid systems including tiles
• Lay out and install computer floor (raised flooring) systems
• Some occasional painting of walls and doors required
• Install systems furniture as needed
• Install carpet tiles (some may require the lifting of systems furniture)
